Smyrna, TN to Orange Beach, AL
- Day 1
- The Rays and Coulsons left Smyrna around 6 am. It was 68 degrees in morning with a high of 78. There were thunderstorms today. The drive to beach was uneventful. We arrived at 2:30 pm. We had early dinner at Doc’s on Canal St and checked into Condo at 3:45. Parking was at a premium, so we parked on 6th floor handicapped space for our 5th floor condo. We unpacked, sat on deck for a while, tried to figure out to work TV (failed), and went to bed early.

They left Murfreesboro after they went to Caleb's great choir recital. He did a great job with announcement. Since we had problems with streaming on TV, a repairman came by and said we were missing the right remote. He said he would have to go find us one. We cleaned up at had dinner at 3:00 at Bahama Bob's. A major storm came while we were eating. In the evening, the ladies worked puzzle. Men watched TV.

We went down and laid by the pool - pool water was very cold. The beach was very crowded, but it was a red flag day so there were not a lot of people in the Gulf of America. Ladies started a puzzle, but Lynn and Paul finished although there was one piece missing. We had dinner at Zeke's on the bay side. Maintenance man came by and brought us a new remote for TV and get that issue settled. We played Golf (Play Nine) and Farkle. Paul and Patsy tied in Gold and Sandra won Farkle. There were several Indiana Jones movies on TV.
